POLYELECTROLYTE PREPARATION UNITS

A range of machines for the polyelectrolyte preparation and mixing in powder or emulsion base available in semi-automatic or fully automatic units.

For the sludge conditioning with polyelectrolyte, TEKNOFANGHI proposes POLYDILUTION®, a complete range of semi-automatic and fully automatic polyelectrolyte units, starting from powder base or emulsion base.

The semi-automatic models of CMP series are usually suitable for small sludge wastewater treatment plants, while the automatic CAP series are destined to plants with greater potentials. To complete the automation, TEKNOFANGHI is able to supply an automatic system for powder loading.  These series of machineries are made of anticorrosive materials and all the parts are in stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L or Polypropylene.
